Dartmouth Downs Friars, 4-1HANOVER, N.H. -- Providence College was defeated by Dartmouth College, 4-1, in ECAC women's ice hockey action on Sunday, November 16 at Hanover, N.H. Dartmouth's Sarah Hood scored the game's first goal at the 3:05 mark. PC's Myia Yates tied the game with a goal at the 13:58 mark. Kathleen O'Keefe put Dartmouth ahead, 2-1, with a goal at the 16:58 mark in the first period. O'Keefe scored her second goal and the only goal of the second period for Dartmouth at the 1:53 mark. Michelyne Pinard netted a goal for Dartmouth at the 18:46 mark in the third period. Dartmouth goaltender Meaghan Cahill made 28 saves in the win. Providence College's Megan Marfione made 33 stops in the loss. Dartmouth's overall record is now 2-0 and 2-0 in the ECAC, while Providence College is 1-1 overall and 1-1 in the ECAC.
